The Independence Kiwanis will be holding our 57th annual Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at the Independence Middle School between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Not much has changed in those 57 years, except blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes have been added. The price is still a bargain at $6 for adults and $4 for children under 12. Bring your family and friends, and come hungry! If you wish to purchase your tickets in advance contact Edie Schilla at 216-524-2312.

Here Comes Santa Claus
The Independence Kiwanis Club proudly held its Santa Delivery Service to the residents of Independence on Sunday, December 18th. Over 400 packages were delivered to 150 homes in the city. Kiwanians and children alike, thoroughly enjoy this annual event. Our goal is to help preserve the tradition of Santa Claus in the eyes, thoughts and hearts of our children.
